하지만 드릴프레스 같은 경우 기계 셋팅된 그대로 사용하는 경우가 많죠.

약간의 오차도 용납치 않는 예민우드워커라면 이정도는 해줘야 하지 않을까 생각됩니다. ㅡ,.ㅡ

드릴프레스 뿐만 아니라 루터테이블에도 적용해 볼 수 있고 굳이 다이얼게이지까지 구입할게 아니라 많이들 사용하는 다이얼버니어캘리퍼스나 디지털버니어캘리퍼스를 활용해도 될 것 같습니다.

After building a new auxiliary table for my drill press, I wanted to ensure that the table was exactly perpendicular to the drill press spindle. Since I already owned a dial indicator, I came up with the simple jig you see below. This jig allows me to adjust my drill press table to a very precise tolerance. straightforward operation. To use the jig, insert the steel rod into the drill chuck and tighten it in place. Adjust the table height so that the indicator needle touches the table surface. Check the reading on the dial at two positions that are 180° from each other. The table can then be adjusted until the readings are the same. Be sure to check several locations front-to-back and side-to-side to ensure accurate adjustments.

드릴프레스를 위한 새로운 보조 테이블을 만든 후 드릴프레스 스핀들과 정확히 수직이 되도록 하고 싶었습니다. 저는 다이얼 인디케이터를 가지고 있었기 때문에, 아래 보이는 간단한 지그를 생각해냈습니다. 이 지그를 사용하면 드릴프레스 테이블을 매우 정밀하게 조정할 수 있습니다. 간단한 작업입니다. 지그를 사용하려면 스틸 로드를 드릴 척에 삽입하여 체결합니다. 표시 바늘이 테이블 표면에 닿도록 테이블 높이를 조정합니다. 다이얼의 판독값이 서로 180°가 되도록 두 위치에서 확인합니다. 그런 다음 판독값이 동일해질 때까지 테이블을 조정할 수 있습니다. 정확한 조정을 위해 앞뒤 및 좌우로 여러 위치를 확인하십시오.

 

 

 

 

The jig is nothing more than a piece of stock with the dial indicator attached to one end and a steel rod inserted in the other end.
