Accurate Angled Holes

Here's a drill press jig for holes that right on every time.

정확한 각도 홀 가공
여기 매번 동일하게 뚫리는 드릴 프레스 지그가 있습니다.

 

On a recent project, I needed to drill some angled holes. The task is a piece of cake with this shop-made jig. It’s quick to build and easily clamps to your drill press table.

To make setup fast, I marked the base with lines to indicate where to locate the bar for different angles.

최근 프로젝트에서, 나는 몇 개의 각진 구멍을 뚫어야 했습니다. 그 일은 작업장에서 만든 이 지그를 가지고는 식은 죽 먹기입니다. 제작이 빠르고 드릴 프레스 정반에 쉽게 고정할 수 있습니다.
빨리 설정하기 위해 베이스에 선을 표시하여 다양한 각도의 막대를 배치할 위치를 표시했습니다.

 

 

The jig is just a plywood base and top with a hardwood cleat. The top is connected to the base with a continuous hinge. Finally, a hardwood index bar is sandwiched between the base and top to set the drilling angle.

지그는 합판 베이스일 뿐이고 단단한 나무 천이 있는 탑입니다.(자작합판 인듯) 탑은 경첩으로 베이스에 연결됩니다. 마지막으로, 드릴 각도를 설정하기 위해 베이스와 탑 사이에 하드우드 인덱스 바를 끼웁니다.
