문을 혼자 달려면 여간 힘든게 아닙니다.
힘이 들어 힘들다기 보단 손이 부족해서 힘든 것이죠. 이렇게 간편한 지그를 사용하면 혼자서도 쉽게 문을 달 수 있겠네요~

 

Door Mounting Aid

Mounting cabinet doors is often easier said than done. Getting the hinges mounted to the door usually isn’t too difficult. But when it comes time to align the door on the cabinet face frame and screw it in place, the exercise can become awkward and sometimes frustrating. Here’s an easy way to do that.

캐비닛에 문을 다는 것은 말처럼 쉽지 않습니다. 경첩을 문에 다는 것은 보통 어렵지 않습니다. 그러나 캐비닛 측면에 문을 맞추고 경첩에 나사를 조이려고 하면 자세가 안나오거나 때로는 좌절될 수 있습니다. 다음은 이를 쉽게 해결하는 방법입니다.

 

What you really need to make the job easier is a “third hand” to align and hold the door in place while you at-tach the hinge to the face frame. So that’s exactly what I built: A support beam that clamps to the cabinet face frame and holds the door in position. Of course, not every cabinet door is installed the same way. So I added a bolt to make it adjustable. You just turn the bolt to fine-tune the position of the door in the cabinet opening.

작업을 더 쉽게 하기 위해 정말 필요한 것은 경첩을 캐비닛 측면에 부착할 동안 문을 잡아줄 수 있는 "제3의 손"입니다. 이것이 바로 내가 만든 것입니다. 캐비닛 전면 프레임에 고정해서 문을 잡아줄 수 있는 지지대 입니다. 물론 모든 캐비닛 문이 같은 방식으로 설치되는 것은 아닙니다. 그래서 조절이 가능하도록 볼트를 추가했습니다. 문의 위치를 미세 조정하려면 볼트를 돌리면 됩니다.

 

 

As you can see, this door mounting aid isn’t too complicated. It consists of two wood arms that are parallel to one another and offset just a bit. They’re connected by a spacer. By clamping one arm to the cabinet bottom, you can use the other arm to support the door as you align it against the cabinet face frame.

보시다시피, 이 문 장착 보조 장치는 그리 복잡하지 않습니다. 이것은 서로 평행하고 약간의 간격을 가진 두 개의 나무 팔로 구성되어 있습니다. 스페이서로 연결되어 있고 한쪽 팔을 캐비닛 하단에 고정하면, 다른 쪽 팔을 사용하여 문를 지지할 수 있습니다.
